West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum, is the third album, from British indie/rock band, Kasabian. Following on from the success of their previous two albums, the five lads from Leicestershire return with their familiar electronic sound, but this time bring along more psychedelic influences and funky beats. It could be said that the album, produced by Dan The Automatic, better known for his hip-hop work, fills the gap left by Oasis very comfortably, but in parts the groups obvious ambitions cause this to spill over.

Kasabian does it again with a fresh but old school Manchester sound. If you like Oasis and the Stone Roses, this album will blow your mind. Kasabian will give your ear drums a beating with the rocking track Underdog and creepy tune Vlad the Impayler. An excellent album that you won't get bored of, just buy it now so you can listen over and over, but make sure you turn the volume up loud!
