Adam Lambert's performance prompts complaints

American Idol runner up Adam Lambert's performance at the American Music Awards on Sunday, has received over 1,500 complaints from viewers. In his act the singer, who last year revealed he is gay, kissed a male musician and danced provocatively with male dancers.

ABC, the channel who broadcast the show, have said that compared to the amount of people watching, the number of complaints received were low.
