Susan Boyle record-breaker
Scottish singer Susan Boyle made chart history last night when her album I Dreamed A Dream shot straight to number one. The 48-year-old's album sold a staggering 410,000 copies, which is the best first week sales of any debut album since records began.
The Britain's Got Talent finalist held off competition from some great albums including that of JLS, Black Eyed Peas and Queen, which took second, third and fourth spots respectively.
Elsewhere in the singles chart Subo's cover of the Rolling Stones classic Wild Horses took a respectable ninth place.
