Muse win best album cover of 2009

Muse have picked up the accolade of Best Art Vinyl for their 2009 record The Resistance, which was created by La Boca, a London design firm.

The poll to find the best album cover for 2009, was carried out online, and saw Manic Street Preachers voted in second place with Journal For Plague Lovers and Fever Ray's record cover grabbing the third spot.

The 50 album covers that made the shortlist will all be exhibited in London inside Selfridges.
