Beyonce last night (Sunday 31st January) picked up six Grammy Awards, including Best Pop Vocal for the hit Halo and the Best R&B Female Vocal for the track Single Ladies. Her achievement also means she's the scooped the record for the most Grammys awarded to an artist in a year.
Following close behind was Taylor Swift who picked up four gongs, whilst three Grammys each were awarded to Jay-Z, the Black Eyed Peas and the Kings of Leon.
A number of artists including, Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson and Usher paid a tribute to Michael Jackson with a 3D performance of the Earth Song, but before that Jackson's children Prince and Paris collected a Life Time Achievement award for their father.
