Cheryl Cole does the double

Singing sensation and X factor judge Cheryl Cole has made it to number one in both the single and album charts. Her debut album 3 Words topped the album charts and pushed last week’s number one, Overcome, by X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, into fifth spot.

Cheryl’s single Fight For This Love also managed to hang on to the top spot in the singles chart, for a second consecutive week.

Meanwhile in the album chart, Michael Buble’s album, Crazy Love, reached second position, whilst Michael Jackson’s new release, This Is It entered at number three.
