Boyzone jump back to the top of the album charts
Boyzone's comeback album Brother has leapt back to the top of the UK album charts, after falling to number three last week. The surge in sales was helped by the Stephen Gately tribute show that was aired last Sunday 21st March on ITV 1. The programme saw the band members performing songs from their new album with the help of special guests, which included Nadine Coyle and Mika.
Meanwhile Lady Gaga's The Fame fell one place to number two, Justin Bieber's debut album My World climbed an incredible thirty places to take the third spot and the second installment of the music from the cast of Glee - The Music: Volume 2, moved down three places to number five. This weeks highest new entry came from Laura Marling, with I Speak Because I Can, which entered the charts at number four.
New album releases this week, 29th March, include the latest edition in the Now That's What I Call Music collection – Now 75, Craig David makes a comeback into the music world after a three year absence with Signed, Sealed, Delivered and Madonna's Sticky and Sweet tour is captured live in her latest CD/ DVD collection.
