Tinie Tempah debut album Disc-Overy straight to Number 1

It seems you can't turn on the radio without hearing about Tinie Tempah at the moment. Following on from the release of four singles, two of which made it to the coveted number one spot, plus a summer spent touring as a support for Rihanna, Tynchy Stryder, and Pixie Lott, and appearances at V and Wireless Festivals. Tinie Tempah released Disc-Overy on the 4th October and went straight in to number one in the UK album Charts. The Rapper song writer and singer from London says on his website those people who have already purchased three of the singles (Pass Out; Frisky; or Written in the Stars), can complete the album for 'a couple of quid' from iTunes.

Mumford and Sons are climbing back up the album charts again with the mercury nominated Sigh No More and will be performing a live broadcast tonight on Radio One from 7pm. The show will also feature Laura Marling; the Maccabees and Bombay Bicycle Club. Coinciding with the release of a new single last week entitled 'The Recluse', Plan B has also moved up a massive 8 places with their album 'The Defamation of Strickland Banks'. And Norwegian Band a-ha have released 25, their final album before they hang up their instruments at the end of their farewell tour in December.
